Glitter is a printing and ornamental material widely used in sectors such as textile, leather, decoration and cosmetics It is produced in different sizes as hexagonal cuts from colored polyester films.
The patterned adhesive is fixed using a screen printing template before glitter is spread on the semi-wet adhesive. The adhesive should be set to 145-150°C. It is important to use a 21T or smaller mesh to prevent clogging of the holes while mixing with the adhesive. Proper fixation is essential after screen printing to ensure optimum adhesion properties. Color loss may occur as a result of exposure to excessive heat.
Silicone-treated fabrics are not suitable for any printing application.
Our glitter product stands out with its high heat resistance and ability to work with plastisol glues. The right adhesive should be preferred to increase washing resistance.
It is sold in 1, 5 and 25 kg packages.
