Caviar beads; are small, round and phthalate-free PVC beads in many sizes and colors, including transparent.
Caviar bead application is an alternative decoration method in the textile printing sector. Caviar bead, which is supplied in different sizes by sieving, is mostly applied by the scattering method. After the process, a fixing oven is required to fix the adhesive.
Patterned adhesive is applied using a screen printing template before caviar beads transfer. Caviar beads should be distributed on a semi-wet adhesive. It is fixed by applying a temperature of 145-150°C to the adhesive.
Caviar beads; can be dyed due to its raw material, but the original colors from production are more vivid and permanent.
It is sold in 1, 5 and 25 kg packages.
