UES Varak: A Trusted Supplier to the Printing Industry
Founded in 2005, UES Varak is a manufacturer and supplier serving the textile and leather printing industries, handling everything from manufacturing to import, export, and sales. At our 3,000 m² production and warehousing facility in Esenyurt, Istanbul, our experienced 25-person team sources select products — including foils, crystal foil (laser foil), glitter, sequins, polyurethane squeegee rubber, screen mesh, screen-preparation chemicals (photo emulsion), and printing chemicals (foil adhesives, textile printing inks, auxiliary chemicals, and additives) — from the world's leading manufacturers, while producing others in-house through our affiliated companies, all delivered to our customers under our own quality standards.
Over more than 20 years in the industry, we have exhibited at more than 30 domestic and over 15 international trade fairs, serving more than 1,000 customers across the textile, leather, packaging, and apparel manufacturing and trading sectors. Today, roughly a quarter of our revenue comes from exports; through our subsidiary UES Foils BV, we supply a number of European Union countries on a regular basis, led by Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, and Greece.
Our Capacity and Production Infrastructure
UES Varak operates one of the best-equipped facilities in the industry, with an annual winding and dosing capacity of 20 million m². Our Esenyurt facility is shared with our group company Bozkurt Folyo, forming an integrated production ecosystem. This integration allows us to control every step from raw material to finished product under one roof, giving our customers fast delivery and consistent quality.

UES Varak doesn't operate alone — it is part of the UES Group, a family of specialized companies that complement one another:
Bozkurt Folyo A.Ş. — Founded in 2010, Bozkurt Folyo drives the Group's laser foil production with an annual capacity of 3.2 million m². Sharing the same Esenyurt facility as UES Varak, Bozkurt Folyo was the first to manufacture domestically products that had previously been imported mainly from Italy, bringing them to the service of local industry, and specializes in decorative laser foil solutions.
UES Foils BV UES Foils BV — Founded in the Netherlands in 2018, UES Foils BV is the Group's European distribution and export hub. It provides direct, fast access to customers across a number of European Union countries — led by Italy, Spain, and Greece — making it easier for European manufacturers to reach UES-standard quality with simpler customs and logistics.
UES Kimya A.Ş. — Founded in 2024 in Kapaklı, Tekirdağ, UES Kimya is a dedicated production facility built to bring the Group's printing chemicals capacity up to 100 tons/month. UES Kimya forms a controlled, integrated supply chain at the source of UES Varak's adhesive, ink, and additive needs.
